What is Apni Chhat Apna Ghar (3 Marla Plot Scheme)?
Government of Punjab has officially rolled out the much-awaited Apni Chhat Apna Ghar (3 Marla Plot Scheme) to facilitate the citizens. This initiative aims to provide direct relief and support to eligible candidates across the province. Providing free 3 Marla residential plots to extreme low-income families and interest-free loans for house construction.

Eligibility Criteria
Before applying, please ensure you meet the following official eligibility requirements:
- Must not own any residential property or plot.
- Family income must be below Rs. 50,000/month.
- Must be married or have dependents.
- Valid residency proof of the applied district.
Mandatory Document Notice
Applicants must ensure their CNIC is not expired and is officially registered in Punjab. Any discrepancies in NADRA records will result in immediate rejection of the application without further review.
