The registration takes 20–30 minutes with all documents prepared. There is only one official portal. Any other website claiming to facilitate registration is unauthorized.
Step-by-Step Registration Process
Step 1: Open the Official Portal Go to acag.punjab.gov.pk on your mobile or computer. Click "Registration" or "New Registration."
Step 2: Verify Your Identity Enter your CNIC number and registered mobile number. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS. Enter it to activate your account.
Step 3: Complete Your Profile Fill in your full name, father's name, district, tehsil, complete address, and household details. Enter exactly what appears on your CNIC — spelling errors here cause NADRA verification failures.
Step 4: Fill the Application Form Provide your land details (marla size, urban or rural, location), household income, number of family members, and your required loan amount.
Step 5: Upload Documents Upload each required document into its corresponding section. Verify that each file opens clearly after uploading before proceeding. Do not continue with a failed upload.
Step 6: Add Supporting Notes (Optional) Use the comments section to describe your situation briefly — financial hardship, widowhood, disability, or other relevant context that strengthens your case.
Step 7: Review, Submit, and Save Your Tracking ID Review every section carefully. Submitted applications cannot be edited. Click Submit. Save your tracking ID — you need it for all future status checks.
Offline Application
Applicants without internet access can apply in person at any Deputy Commissioner (DC) Office or PHATA facilitation centre in their district. Staff handle the form and document submission at no charge.
⚠️ Fraud Warning — Never Pay Anyone to Apply
The entire application process is free. No fee, charge, or payment of any kind is required at any step.
Agents claiming to guarantee selection or offering to submit applications on your behalf for a fee are committing fraud. No third party has the ability to influence ACAG selection. All selection is computerized and based on NSER PMT score and PLRA land records.
Report fraud immediately to the official PHATA helpline: 0800-09100
