The CM Punjab Minority Card 2026 is a landmark welfare initiative launched by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif under the Government of Punjab, Pakistan. It is the country's first dedicated financial assistance programme specifically designed for non-Muslim minority families living in Punjab province.
The scheme is managed by the Punjab Human Rights & Minorities Affairs (HR&MA) Department and delivers quarterly cash support directly to low-income minority households through a secure digital card system. The digital delivery model ensures complete transparency — no middlemen, no agents, no delays.
Each registered and approved family receives Rs. 10,500 every three months, plus an additional Rs. 15,000 annual festival bonus to help cover religious celebrations and household expenses. The total annual financial support per family amounts to Rs. 57,000 — a meaningful and sustained relief package for households living below the poverty line.
The programme initially covered 50,000 families in its first phase, later expanded to 75,000, and has now been further scaled to include 100,000 minority families across all districts of Punjab province.
