What is Hunarmand Naujawan Parwaaz Card 2026?

The Hunarmand Naujawan Parwaaz Card is a government‑backed, interest‑free loan facility launched by the Government of the Punjab under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

It is aimed at skilled Pakistani workers (male and female) who have secured a job offer from an overseas employer and need help paying the up‑front, pre‑departure expenses that normally block them from going abroad.

Important: Applicants must ensure their CNIC is not expired before applying. Verify your CNIC status at nadra.gov.pk before submitting your application.

2️⃣ Upload documentsUpload: (a) CNIC front & back, (b) Job offer letter, (c) Skill‑certificate, (d) Domicile, (e) Police clearance. Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG – max 2 MB each.
3️⃣ Submit & receive referenceClick “Submit Application” → you get a Reference ID via SMS and email.
4️⃣ Visit a facilitation campLocate the nearest camp (167 across Punjab) using the map on the site. Bring original documents + SMS Reference ID.
5️⃣ Card issuanceAt the camp, staff verifies documents, prints the Parwaaz Card, and loads the approved interest‑free loan amount (up to PKR 200,000). Card is mailed to your home address within 48 hrs or handed over at the camp.
6️⃣ Activate & useChange default PIN (1234) at any ATM, then use the Card for flights, visa fees, etc. The loan is automatically transferred to the Parwaaz Card wallet and can be spent directly at merchants that accept Visa/MasterCard.
